I have tested some logs with Axe and Mace with similar dps on bossfight. And since the Mace spec should give you 15%more armor penetration it should hit noticeably higher without crits. But in the logs the Axe even outdealt the Mace while the Mace beeing slower atk speed.
So the question is anyone else noticed that and is Mace spec even doing anything?
