A friend of mine has an opinion on why Spell Lock isn't doing it's job!
"i think bugged part is that the silence effect triggers before the interrupt effect
because SPELL_EFFECT_TRIGGER_SPELL is now processed before SPELL_EFFECT_INTERRUPT_CAST, so spell is silenced before the interruption
You can add a
case 24259: // Spell Lock silence
spellInfo->speed = 80;
break;
as a workaround to SpellMgr.cpp (This makes the triggered spell hit the target after the interrupt)"
