Fireball wrong spell effect display

Anyone notice that the spell Fireball shows a Fel-ish effect when it hits the target? It shows like a greenish hue when it hits the target instead of what it's supposed to look like.

I'm only lvl 8, so I'm using the rank 2 version, so it could be fixed later on in later ranks, but anyone else notice it?

Uh, no. I haven't noticed this, and I'm still not. Possibly an issue with your client?
