Requesting guild ownership

Hi there
I have made this topic in hope that if it is possible to transfer the ownership to a character in the same guild due to the inactivity of the guild master and also most of the officers in the same guild (one year or more)
and it is sad to see it go to waste especially when there is a lot of people who can benefit from it.
the guild name is Blood Brothers, My rank is Blood Champion.
the character I am playing in the guild is Blackness .
