Could you please explain more? Gear can not be purchased, only mounts, vanity pets and fun items.

I have created a ticket with Paymentwall to get you a refund. I am not yet sure how they will handle it because this normally isn't required. People agree to donate, not to pay for anything. To make this easier, please don't spend the web points in the meantime.
