Ok folks,
we know that tanking druid don't need +def gear because Survival of the fittest talent makes us naturally immune from critical hits. My question is, when it comes to enchant, "tank" oriented enchants (I'm thinking about http://old.wowhead.com/item=44150 and http://old.wowhead.com/item=44136 mostly) are still better than the melee dps ones (giving AP + crit) or I should aim to some dps stat (for a better threat generation?)

Well, are you struggling with threat? Then go for a DPS enchant and one survival enchant.

Re: Bear theorycrafting
Threat generation is fine, but my question was more subtle:
druid mitigation comes from three sources: TONS of armor (like other tanks), dodge and savage defense that procs on crit (guess you can say his proc rate is half my crit chance) and absorbs an amount of damage equal to 35% of my AP.
So choosing between the two enchants either having a larger health pool and extra dodge since it gives defense skill, or higher chance and effect from savage defense.
How to pick?

I've tried it both ways,my personal preference leans towards the larger health pool.Had no trouble whatsoever tanking ICC as long as the healers are doing their job.
