So it seems. Nonetheless the Dutchies did better than expected. And let's not forget the great play of Ron Vlaar, Cillessen and numerous other debuting players and ofcourse the more experienced ones. Still proud of what they did!

Any team that can keep Messi out of the game, played well. They were the underdogs of the last 4, and they pushed the game right to the finish. I think it should be said that Messi kinda makes a big deal about fouls as well. The way that whenever he feels he's impeded, he falls over, with arms held out at the referee. Not as extravagant or as entertaining as Robben, but nevertheless sad that the World's apparent Best Player needs to resort to such tactics to make himself look good. But I guess that's what you get, when you play for the dirtiest club in the world. Classic example of letting your environment change who you are.

Anyways, Robben was the better player in the tournament. Glad to have watched him.
