I like to run everything from start menu and task bar, and keep my desktop for files that im working / using so i can access them quickly.

Just for reference, I don't ever click any shortcut in my desktop so pretty much everything was automatically generated and I couldn't be arsed to do anything about it

Arock its a random mix of a bunch of parts of different rainmeter themes and rocketdock on the top so the minimized tabs go into it rather than the taskbar, so I never need to open the taskbar for anything. I keep changing themes often and this is the most recent one that I've been using.

For those interested, the bar on the right is RocketDock, it only shows up when you hover your mouse over it.
