Mastering the Guild

Hey!
I found some pretty sweet AddOns that might help out some guild masters if you're having trouble keeping people interested and/or recruiting :)

First:
http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/guild-recruiter
It's a cool little AddOn that invites people who don't have a guild via the /w chat. Once they have been invited they are added to a Do Not Invite list so they dont get spammed with guild invites every time you click Recruit You can change all the settings to invite certain races, classes or level ranges too!

Second:
http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/guild-lottery
This is mainly for a bit of fun within the guild to keep people interested. Members can purchase tickets for a certain price to enter the lottery and win the jackpot (varies depending on how many people buy tickets).
It has a handy little Spam Guild feature that lets you keep your guildies informed of when the lottery will be drawn, ticket prices, etc. I found it can be a lot of fun when everyone is participating. Although it can get a little insane when it comes to a countdown with a big jackpot. xD

Third:
http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/guilddo ... per?page=6
This is just something to let you and your guildies contribute to your guild. It takes a certain percentage of coin from loot/income and deposits it into the Guild Vault so you dont go bankrupt :)
I find 5% is a decent amount.

Anyway! Hope i helped some people out a bit and good luck with your guild! :D

Yes, or at least one that works, Grimk and Meko used to run it for us, it was fun.

I think that there's also an addon for Guild Quizzes although I haven't researched it yet. I'm saying this because I had a guildy once who decided to make an open quizz in guild chat. The first to get 15 correct answers would get a prize. And from the speed at which he was writting and the way he kept count of people's scores, it was definetly an addon (or heaps of macros).
