The best way to know some of warcraft Lore is to play Both Reigin of Chaos and The frozen throne Camping

I learned a lot more lore playing from Warcraft: Orcs & Humans, Warcraft II Battle.NetEdition along with ^^ mentioned by Crown. But a google search can pull up all the comics and short stories, books.
