Yes i am surprised. Did you look what Tia wrote? Let me help you:

Introducing the Ban Pyramid...

Sometimes players break the rules and a disciplinary action must be taken against them so that the rest of the players can fully enjoy the game. This pyramid visually represents a basic hierarchy of the penalties that are given to the players ordered from bottom to the top. If a player breaks a rule, the next time they break a rule a penalty from the next step of the pyramid will be issued. However, based on the severity of the rule broken, some steps may be skipped and a more severe penalty may be given.

Warning

Warnings are used as an educational tool for the most minor issues, e.g. accidentaly posting in caps orusing offensive words in public channels. There is no account penalty associated with them. Ignoring the Warning and continuing in the inappropriate action(s) may lead to more severe account penalty.

Up to 3 Hour Mute

Mutes are mostly issued for inappropriate behavior in public channels, when the player has repeated an action they have been previously warned for or has broken a rule we do not consider minor, e.g. using the most offensive swear words in public channels. The time of the mute may vary depending on the severity of the rule broken, but shall not be longer than 3 hours. Continuous inappropriate behaviour in public channels may result in a longer time of the mute and eventually lead to a 1 day ban, e.g. muted for 1 hour -> breaking rules again -> muted for 2 hours -> muted for 3 hours -> 1 day ban. When muted, the player will be unable to chat on the character that has been muted for the given period of time. Mute-avoiding (loging on a different character and repeating the action one of the player's characters have been muted for previously while the mute is still active) will result in a ban.

1 Day Ban

1 Day bans are assigned when the player has repeatedly broken a rule they have been previously warned for or broken a rule we do not consider minor, e.g. continuous swearing on public channels after they have been muted for it previously. The player will be unable to log into their account for 24 Hours. If the player has been banned previously, the time of the ban will be 3 days.

3 Day Ban

3 Day bans are assigned when the player has repeatedly broken a rule they have been previously warned for or broken a rule we do not consider minor. This is the standard account penalty for bug abuse. The player will be unable to log into their account for 72 Hours. If the player has been banned previously, the time of the ban will be 7 days.

7 Day Ban

7 Day bans are assigned when the player has repeatedly broken a rule they have been previously warned for in a short period of time or needs to be removed from the game for an extended period of time, e.g. continuous abusing of a known bug. The player will be unable to log into their account for 1 week. If the player has been banned previously, they will receive a Final Warning.

Final Warning

Final Warnings are assigned when the player needs to be removed from the game for an extended period of time or repeatedly broken a rule in a short period of time, e.g. continuous abusing of a known bug. The length of the ban may differ based on the severity of the action, most common is 14 Day or 30 Day ban. If the player has been banned previously, their account will be banned permanently.

Permanent Ban

Accounts are permanently banned when the player has broken the most severe rules, has repeatedly broken the rules before or needs to be removed from the game permanently. This is the standard account penalty for advertising and/or using any forms of hacks. When the account is closed, the player cannot log into it anymore. Based on the severity of the issue, an IP ban may be issued as well.

Along with any of the penalty from the pyramid an IP ban may be issued as well if the staff member sees it reasonable and they will determine the length of it. According to the rules an account penalty may be issued without a prior warning and/or a reason.

The times and reasons for account penalties may be subject to change without prior notice.

See now??? I didn't get any kind of warning about offensive words i used. No. I just got muted. I know my rights clearly. What do you think about that?

You have already answered the question to this matter yourself.

Does this explain the skipping of the warning?

1) you wrote warning to (using offensive words in public channels) so i should get warned first.
2) and yes in public channel

No. Still not a reason to get muted without of warning first :S
Why you let them pass warning rule like that?
When someone wrote something in CAPS he gain warning "caps" For a bad language he gain warning "Language" and if it someone continue to use bad words it should be like this:
For example, I swear once, and mod tell me "Language" and i still continue, then i gain fair mute.
I wrote once and only once bad word and get muted. >.<

1) I did, that is just an example when warning will be given. Important part is that they are used for the most minor issues. If you look at my post above you will see I also wrote that breaking rules that are not minor results in a mute or ban.

If you use the most offensive swear words in public channels = you have broken a rule you that is not considered minor = mute without prior warning as I have underlined in my previous post. Using F-bomb is awarded with instant mute without warning, just as someone hacking is awarded with permanent ban without prior warning.

You should not be using any rude language anyways just like it is stated in the rules you have agreed to abide. If you have suggestions to the account penalties system, please head over to Suggestions section of the forums.

Well i guess this is new rule for me i would have to stick on from now on. My mute has passed long time now so it doesn't matter anymore. And lol i don't wish to go to account penalties system cause i don't wish to continue talking about this lol
