Raiding guild
I'm just posting to see if there are any people that are interested in raiding. No only raiding NR, but mostly raiding Outland. If so, would you be interested in joining a guild for raiders only? It doesn't matter if you're Horde or Alliance, post here anyway. I'm thinking of creating such guild for people that are lvl 60+ (since you can enter Vanilla raids at lvl 60), but before I do that, I want to see which is the better faction to do it.
I'll be waiting for you responses. Cya ingame!

Re: Raiding guild
Eternity is the only ally guild with a strict ICC schedule, icc10 friday 7 PM and icc25 sunday 7 PM. People outside of the guild can join if we don't have enough but in the end we are the ones organizing it and making sure we do it succesfully.
Just read the topics in the LFG forums, we also have a topic there.

Re: Raiding guild
You're talking about WotLK raids. This guild would be specialized in TBC raids, but would also do WotLK raids from time to time. I personally think that Vanilla and TBC raids are way better than WotLK raids. I'm just trying to find people who think the same way as I do.

Re: Raiding guild
They are too easy at lvl 80 and no longer a challenge unless you do them with very few people. Sure they are fun but most people would rather spend the time in WotLK raids to get better geared.
I would do TBC raids if I had more time instead of spending time in the server as admin.

Re: Raiding guild
Ofcourse I wouldn't do the TBC raids in groups of 25 men. I'd do groups of 8-12 men, so that it would be harder. I think that if there were enought 80's online, I'd host a guild race. For egzample 2 groups of 10 man racing to do the Black Temple first. The group that wins gets some kind of a prize.

Re: Raiding guild
I'm sure there are people in Maelstrom that love achievement points enough to do TBC raids if you ask them nicely. Even though we're Horde + we're aiming to be the top on progress.

Re: Raiding guild
I don't think you'll find anyone because all the top raiders are in Eternity/Maelstrom/other endgame focused guilds. Join one of those and you'll find people interested, if you join Eternity, I'd love to do some vanilla/BC stuff when I'm not doing wotlk dungeons/raids.

Re: Raiding guild
Back on woo a dude was thinking about making a guild for lvl 70's, freezing their xp, and play the game without LK content, or at least without it's gear and such.
I think a lot of ppl would be interested in doing that, but time is important here, like Roel said, he doesn't have time to do what he does plus that, I am in that place too, if I had more time to play, I'ld definetly do that.. I tried to pull ppl to OL HC, when I was lvl 70, but nobody wanted :/

Re: Raiding guild
I see that there are some people interested. I've decided not to create a guild, but to create a group of people who would like to do some OL/Vanilla raiding. I'll just create a thread for people to register to this group.

Re: Raiding guild
Well just 3 hours ago we did every TBC raid possible to get achievements. There was about 20 of us i think, mostly 80's Quick and easy achievement farm. There's always people up for raids, just gotta choose the right time, the right people and be patient.
