Sindragosa 25man Tactic
Hello dear TrueWoW players. Since we have Sindragosa "Blistering Cold" ability fixed now, and most of us got used on old script where Sindragosa pulls us next to her not inside herself like she should and like she actualy does now, I see that many of pugs now have a problem with killing her. Since you must rly be fast to avoid "Blistering Cold" casue timer starts to tick as soon as boss pulls you inside. I came on up a idea about changing old rotation tactic with the one you will see now in video. So basicly you start the fight behind the boss when "Blistering Cold" happens all you need to do it to push your key for moving forward "W,UP ARROW or whatever you are using" and run right to the stairs. After Sindragosa is down and "Blistering Cold" happens again you repeat the same proces but this time you are running behind the boss. Now dependigly on your dps and how many air phases you will have you keep to repeat this proces untill boss hits golden 35% when it enters in P3. Now P3 is a bit tricky, since it consists of DEBUFF which applys and all raid member,TOMB which goes on 1 player and BLISTERING COLD. So idea for P3 is that 1st tomb goes on left or right side of the boss, raid hides and reset stacks then 2nd tomb goes on oposite side dependigly where 1st tomb is spawned as in that time "Blistering Cold" happens whole raid should move to other side of boss and ignore the 2nd tomb, on 3rd tomb heals should hot the player and keep him allive so it can be safetly spawned. Now I am still working on this and rly if any of you got some advice how this tactic could be improved feel free pls to leave a coment with your version. I have also seen few times that players which are hiden behind tomb are sometimes not sucked in on "Blistering Cold" so maybe if that works (I didnt try it yet) maybe raid should just leave 1st tomb allive untill blistering cold happens and then burst it down.
The reason why this topic is made is to help the new people who are still new to this boss in Icc and maybe some of the actual raid leaders will see this tactic as much easyer than the one they are using now.
So here is the video and check it out how it looks ingame:

Annoying is when breath + blistering cold happens at same time though

I'd say that trying is the best one can do in order to higher themselves from the people crying and only complaining. Whilst you try, it doesn't mean it is always going to be the most successful result but I'd like to think that it is still a better choice than standing idle.

I tweaked the pull position so boss will no longer rotate after next update, players will be ~0.75 yards from center.

Or instead of doing any from above, you can just run as usual (no backpedaling).
It works. In every scenario except for wooden pc. Surprise.
Go, Forest.

Yeah it does work if you are moving properly, but as I said "The reason why this topic is made is to help the new people who are still new to this boss in Icc and maybe some of the actual raid leaders will see this tactic as much easyer than the one they are using now."Sagiri wrote:Or instead of doing any from above, you can just run as usual (no backpedaling).

Some of the pugs are claiming to me that this tactic is much easier for them casue all you need to do is basicly hold your moving forward key each time you are pulled in

Re: Sindragosa 25man Tactic
Phase 3 is not a problem. Just don't break the tomb - have everyone hide right next to the tomb (LoSing her) until she casts blistering cold and you won't get sucked in.
Running works but without boot enchant you must be perfect - I tried on a char without boot enchant and managed to get away 3 of 4 times, the 4th time failing because I made the tiniest mistake. It's easier with lower latency (I'm always playing with 185ms).
On retail, Aspect of the Pack worked to get away from it because stacks of Instability from UM, stacks of Chilled to the Bone (melee debuff) and the frost aura all did not daze you if you took damage from them. I tested on the PTR and the frost aura indeed does not daze, but the other two might --- if instability dazes you here, then aspect is an instant wipe as a single UM stack would daze the whole raid right when they're sucked in.

Yeah, I don't remember being pulled up into the air in an arc towards sindragosa like that on retail. I could just not be remembering it correctly, but the whole thing seems a bit off to me.

Re: Sindragosa 25man Tactic
With blistering being fixed, I've forced the guild of mine to run with the mainstream tactics.
Meaning, tombing left->right->left etc, at both P2&P3.
Keeping sindy at the same pos all the time to avoid people getting fucked direction @blistering.
This is proven to work as well, since we've managed to down her very easily once everyone got hang of the tomb frequence.

Re: Sindragosa 25man Tactic
The rotation tactics can still work in phase 3 as blistering cold only happens once, you just have to figure out when and how to prevent it using the tombs, but of course usually having a boss placed on one and the same position makes it easier for players to see what is going on as less movement is happening, and more DPS can also be input, not that rotating Sindragosa gives too much movement. I personally don't mind either way.
