And will season 1 arena gear be obtainable with honor in season 2? If so, will there be a rating requirement on it?

We need to somehow encourage people to PvP more, there hasn't been a single arena game in 2+ weeks and BGs are mostly 2v2 WSG when they happen at all (rarely).

Could a GM/dev answer when you got time? Unless ofc you don't have plans for it yet, in which case let us know please

Flooded is the one that usually works with changes like that, and iirc he's been otherwise engaged lately. Might need to be a bit patient on a response :p

Unless it hasn't been set yet, which is starting to seem likely... and not that surprising tbh, as PvP seems to be the very last priority on this server - for example, you still can't buy arena water from any vendor, even the lvl60 version has gone missing with the release of TBC (for those that aren't aware, you can't use regular food/water in arena).

But by all means prove me wrong and answer the title question (I'll happily wait for Flooded for other questions/fixes, if he's the only 1 qualified to address them).

There's no official statement about this made, yet.
Serpentshrine got released today, so thread itself is redudant.

For the actual season change,
stay tuned as staff is still discussing it which leaves it unready for a public post.

Looking into things and bringing up discussion,
it looks like we are not behind at all.

Each season gear matches each tier, given by Floodeds word.
Season 2 starts in december which is 6 months from the release.

There will be some pvp gear movement prior to this to make it more accessible,
we will let you know the changes in due time.
