We'll if you had fully read that what you linked it says In patch 2.4 not 2.0 which is where primal is at the moment. This is some of last content ever added to tbc

Just asking because PW is on a 3.3.5 server at the end of the day.

We intentionally left this gear off of the vendor as it would directly compete with other PvP gear which is available now, but would also be much easier to obtain.

We plan to add those reputation sets at a later date as introductory PvP gear.
