As someone who keeps switching factions on a monthly basis pretty much and does a bunch of bg's, yes, from my current stint on horde getting into bg's at peak times even is a problem on another level. The ques go well over 30H to 5A. Didn't used to be that bad I don't think, ques never reached such a huge gap before. I get that you think "oh but even if we reduce the price for H->A transfer nothing will happen", but why not just keep it in place so that it atleast feels appealing. Right now if you ask anyone on the fence about joining alliance from horde, their answer would most prolly be "not worth the 500vp". Yes, it might not be a solution to our problems but it atleast makes it a happier place for people who want to contribute to solving it by moving about. -.-

Make alliance players being attractive to PvP. Suggestions, that may not be that blizzlike but however are suggestions:
- Higher rewards
- Other rewards(?)
- +5% dmg/heal buff (this will never happen xD)

Just brainstorming really, I see why those wouldn't happen though but yea'...

Hansrutger i think those are nice ideas but terrible suggestions, we want to motivate geared (and decent skilled) allies to queue, not give them an unfair edge in pvp.
Last 3 games i queued half of the alliance was ungeared hunters, not even kidding.

Eisen, i don't see how you can talk about it since you don't PvP whatsoever, let people that actually do BGs speak their minds.

Liq pretty much said it, but I just want to add that just because I don't particularly don't enjoy WoW-pvp (I play GW2 if I want pvp, they actually put the buffs/nerfs in place to make things as balanced as possible in an RNG based MMO) does not mean that I am unaware of what is currently happening on the server in this regard.

Nor, is there any marginally reasonable reason for me not to contribute to this discussion. (if you look at my post you'll see I'm laying out how PEOPLE work, not the freaking pvp system...I was expecting some flack towards my post because of the reason you mentioned, so predictable, so ignorant)

In the end it is "people that bg" that have a problem. If only they talk, how the hell are you supposed to get people that don't to actually start doing so? If people that don't bg don't have a stake in things, they won't give a damn, they won't do anything.

If you think that only the bgers can come up with something to get the non-bgers to join in you are sorely mistaken, since the bgers have no clue why the non-bgers don't bg. How are you going to solve a problem if you don't know what it is?
