Well, to be fair, he might have done it but the ss doesn't tell much. We can only see him trying to shoot while standing at doorway...

a friend of mine uses this UI too, I will ask him for you rehan, I also wanted to use that UI, but because I am using 50 million buttons, I would need 3 extra bars to cover up all the buttons/macros/stuff/foods/gear sets/ outfits/ etc etc etc etc

I'm sorry but we have decided that the screenshot in question isn't conclusive enough to issue a punishment, so to speak a warning.

And since no further evidence was given, this report will get cold cased. If he abuses something again and does it multiple times, please, as well, try taking multiple screenshots if possible, just so we have more to review and base our judgement.
