I see in armory of the player name Komandos and he obtained the 17/10/2013

Earned the achievement [Friend or Fowl?]

Well this seems strange how he got this achievement 2 days ago,

I have just spawned fjord turkeys in howling fjord on test realm and aoed them down and achievement was not given so it looks to me like the achievement does not currently work but that does not explain how this player got this achievement on 17th Oct.

I cant find the script for this achievement to see if that gives any clues,

There seems to have been a few instances recently of players managing to get achievements which dont work, eg shocking, and at least one other.

Confirming when you kill the Fjord Turkey you do get Turkey Marker cast on you and these aura does stack, (this can only be seen by gm by using lists auras) but ive seen it stack to 25,

However it does not matter how many Fjord Turkey you kill, Turkey Vengeance never gets triggered and its this spell which gives achievement as well as spawning Angry Turkey.

The achievement trigger is not working while in game, rather, it is checked when logging in. So in order to get the achi, kill all turkeys and relog within 3 minutes.

Check achievements, armory says you got achievement this morning.

LOL it ddn't show in-game that i had earned the achievement

Yeah, you get awarded it when you're offline, so it sneaks into your log.
