Damaged Necklace Quest

I can`t complete this quest anymore, not even once per day. I retook quest several times, losing 4 damaged necklace already and still same thing. The button to complete quest is inactive. Thank you

Abandon and then retake.

You can't retake the item if it is complete first.

I found no issues with this quest on STR and took, used quest item + chalcedony and turned in several times and cant see no reason why would not work on live realm even though cant test there as cant teach myself jc or setskill d:

It's actually completable even if he was in a raid group.
Only the dailies can't be (only at the part of farming/looting the jewel).

I already abandoned and retook it, thats why I said that I lost 4 damaged necklace...

Well appears there is nothing in db to say why this would not be completable either been as I have tested this and it works appears there is nothing wrong with this quest,and been as you are the only person who seems to have this issue maybe an issue on yourside (have you tried deleting cache, I would think it would not help but you maybe suprised at some of the issues this does actually fix d:) or something wrong with your character (but cant think of anything that would cause this either)
