hi guys so i speak "Silvermoon" Harry and i choose the gossip option and a beat many times, but nothing happen, he not give "Silvermoon" Harry's Dept, so i dont know what to do

I not found questcompleter this quest.

There should be some looting object spawned near him after you beat him up, looks like bag.

select 1st gossip option Beat him down so he becomes friendly and then click on him (note you will remain in combat and no icon will be shown) and select 2nd gossip option
