I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct forum. I searched for an FAQ support section but couldnt find it. I was wondering if the talent for death knights, spell deflection, is still bugged. I searched the bug tracker and could not find it listed there. I know players oft mention how it is a bugged talent but i do not see any proof to support that theory in the bug tracker.
