number of item drops in raids and heroics

- R&J / Avatar loot was distributed at the release for a better gaming experience in instance release
(just like how we killed the Curator adds who couldn't be killed)

- Loots are expected to be fixed on next update, useless subjects to discuss atm

Hai mooba here i actually have a suggestion

Since Chess is very hard to code and since we have cross faction it would be kinda fucked anyway.
How about you make the chest spawn in shade of Arans's/chess room after shade is killed that way noone can sneek in and get free loot.

Personally I like the idea of splitting each part of the chest-event loot through all raid bosses.
Or, if we buff the Shade of Aran encounter to be suitable for this extra loot.

yeah but then again, you split up loot from 2 bosses and give it to one boss? how many drops would we get then from that boss?

the normal situation would be that we get 2 items from chess event. if you add the loot to another boss and we onyl get 2 items from that boss in the end, then we still get 2 items less?

so if you really plan to add it to aran or any other boss, the only fair thing to do would be to let 4 items drop.

Yeah, I too feel that would be something required if the idea were to be pulled off.
It all needs more discussing however, from all parties if not specially from Flooded since it's his area of expertise

any news regarding bugged loot from final bosses in heroics? or other bugged loots like nethercurse on normal?
or the bug that some items drop twice? haven't heard anything about it in quite some time.

a member of the staff told me a few days ago in a private conversation, that fixing the loot problems in heroics and dungeons would only take a few minutes of work.

We didnt get any chess loot this week and we cleared whole karazhan including animal boss. Splitting each part of chest loot is not working for us for some reason, i prefer mooba's idea that spawning chest behind aran or something . Since chess event was free loot anyways.

I believe fixes are already ready for some if not all of HC bosses, chess loot as well, it should be active with the next update.

chess loot will drop with prince, along with his original loot, at next update.
I'll try to finish the HC bosses loots as well but best guess is that I won't make it to change all of them until the next update

theyy really need to be additional items tbh, so he will drop his normal loot. plus 2 items from chess. if the drops from chess can cancel out normal prince loot. then thats kinda silly

If that's how it is then thats perfect also, forgive me if you have allready said. But is maulgar loot getting fixed? I have been told he's suppose to drop more badges or something
