They Grow Up So Fast

I have 15 of the required teeth but when i take out my hatchling it does not offer the daily quest. Is anyone else having this issue?

Always worked for me. Tip: When you are too high level the exclamation mark is no longer shown (unless you enable "track low level quests"). Then just right click on the hatchling to acquire the daily quest.
