Stones of Binding: Stone of East Binding bugged
Did a search, couldn't find any previous mention of it here. Looks like your Stone of East Binding (the Cresting Key one) out in Arathi is bugged. After you open it, no loot window comes up at all. The Burning and Thundering ones work fine.

I tested it and it, in fact, is bugged. I made a bug report on the BugTracker and completed the remaining part of the quest for you.

Tested it as well and it should work now.
Gobject just needed respawn, for some reason similar objects are getting randomly stucked (probably player died when tried to loot the item before or got BG/dungeon call, not sure).

^ that, some gobjects which has loot doesn't respawn sometimes which is a bug indeed but not what's being described.
