Blessing of Sanctuary in Naxx

Not sure where to post this, so please direct me to the correct forum if this is the incorrect one.

I don't think that this is a bug so much as an unintended side-effect of the mana debuff applied to Naxx40 on Primal. I entered Naxx for the second time to clear some trash, and I was off-tanking with Blessing of Sanctuary up. Despite having 92% avoidance and being hit by two mobs, I was still having mana issues even though I was only doing my standard rotation like I do in ZG, MC, AQ20, BWL, and even AQ40. It was effectively becoming impossible for me to tank.

The debuff in raids is meant to apply to healing only, right? Mages, warlocks, hunters, etc. don't have increased mana costs, and their mana regen all works appropriately. Sanctuary is effectively my only mana regen tool in tanking gear. Could someone please explain why this mechanic is different in Naxx than in ZG or AQ20 or MC?

If your maximum displayed mana is around 1800 with kings then the mana gained is not inaccurate inside Naxx.

Ah, thanks for looking into it. I guess i'm used to raiding with more Intellect buffs, and Sanctuary was dutifully restoring less mana than I am used to.
