Vanquish the Betrayers (NPC stuck somewhere)

The objective of the quest (among other things) is "Lieutenant Benedict slain". I encountered him in his room of Tiragarde Keep (Durotar) but realized that I couldn't defeat him because two other mobs attacked me. I then ran outside and found that both Benedict and another mob are now stuck somewhere unspecified. I can see their nameplates from the entrance of the keep but they disappear once I get closer.

This means that I (and probably everyone else) cannot complete the quest at the moment.

Update: I just went back to the place and found Benedict in his room again, so I guess case closed!

Sorry for not seeing this topic earlier. He somehow fell through the floor a few days ago and I have reset him. Maybe this was just a one-time issue.
