Auctioneer issue

When trying to post something to the AH using Auctioneer, it simply gives a server timeout error. I'm assuming it either doesn't receive a response or it receives something it doesn't understand. Is this something that a bug report should be submitted for?

This issue is caused by the version of Auctioneer that is linked to on the downloads page on this site. Everything else about the addon works (at least all the features of it that I've used) except the item posting.

I had the same issue. I switched to Auctionator, it seems to work better.

I read somewhere Trinity did some changes to the core to prevent botting so that you need to use the auctioneer for version 4.0.1.
Been using it myself for over 6 months and it's working flawless.

This version still doesn't work. You can scan, but you can never post things using their Appraiser or Post function. Always have to do it manually in the original auction function.

My bad, thought I was using the one from Primalwow downloads section, here is the correct version.

I downloaded this and there is no Auctioneer folder, so it's trying to use the old stuff with new !swatter and other new folders

It has all the required folders for Auctioneer Suite to work, maybe your download was corrupted.

Got it, I forgot to delete a folder before installing the new ones
