Dark Coffer

In BRD the Dark Coffer, which contains unique materials needed for libram enchants, cannot be opened because the Dark Keeper who drops the key won't spawn in the intended location when you read the painting in the Black Vault.

I didn't report this originally but Thursday AM (server time) I did a BRD run and the keeper DID spawn in the correct location and dropped the key, but the coffer was still not openable.

ETA: we had already done the normal coffer event to get the Heart of the Mountain when we killed the keeper. Also the heart did NOT respawn, I checked up to 20 minutes after it was looted the first time, on retail it takes 1-2 minutes to respawn.

He was supposed to spawn for us in the Domicile. We took the Incendius/Fineous route and also opened all the coffers then went to the Domicile which we hadn't cleared previously.

Also yes we had only one Heart too and it was lootable through the wall.
