How to be pro at BGs

#1 » Post by jamhead » 18 Nov 2011 19:47

1. Roll Alliance
2. Roll a Ret Paladin
3. Learn to press 3 buttons in a rotation or if this is too complicated make a macro /castrandom
4. Now heres the tricky part. You need to learn a fourth button (this may take a long long time to grasp) make it Hammer of Justice
5. Now it gets extremely complicated. You need a FIFTH button with Repentance.
Be warned: the complexity of this may make your brain explode.
6. Name yourself Diryn or similar and /yell "everybody zerg" until you have 6 allies always helping you. Healers and other Ret Paladins preferred =)
7. Zerg more
8. Zerg more
9. Zerg more
10. Zerg more
11. In the event there are no fellow Allies to zerg more with use Bubble, LoH's, engineering boots until they return.
12. Zerg more
13. Zerg more
14. Zerg more
15. Zerg more
16. eat a cheese burger
17. zerg more while sleeping
18. Repeat steps 7 to 17

Congratulations, you are now pro at Battlegrounds. <(^_^)>

You forgot: you have to zerg the one druid named Jamhead. Not just anyone.

Also, this:

1. Run in and cast whatever spell
2. Faceroll keyboard
3. Stun
4. ?????
5. PROFIT!!!

come on Jam , diryn is a very good paladin imo , one of the few good ones in the server , it's not his fault that u were at the wrong place at the wrong time . :D

About zerging , same goes for the horde , I get zerged tons of times , and rarely get a chance to be 1v1 , that's really frustrating , but it's a BG , so I have to live with it .

Being in a zerg and killing someone doesn't make one good or bad , and vice versa . :)

Agree, ALWAYS being in a zerg makes one good or bad.

Diryn is very good at zerging but really even in arena its just the same damn thing... super ret damage, spam two ccs and ontop of that Polymorph (with 10 second DR bug)
sigh, least Whatchya isn't as stupid as Neji and knows how to deal with it so we beat 'em.

BGs are just getting really dull and boring these days. Its just not fun and neither side can be skillful when one side has someone making the whole team zerg... just about who has the superior GS.

+1 interwebs to Tassadar :D

---

Btw, this topic, although mainly aimed at Diryn, is really just to say:

Every single bg being a zerg is getting old really fast. Please just play properly ><
