Me along with older twinks done this a long long long time ago. It was pretty cool to do between BGs but I doubt anyone will be doing it anymore 
Ever get stuck not knowing how to play free WoW? Well have no fear, just go here and download the game completely free (it's safe, even I use it). having arena teams at level 19 is not blizzlike so probably not gonne happen, imo a cool idea though.

We did the 2v2 skirmish. You don't really need arena rating at 19 so skirmish is more versatile, you can do 2v2 with anyone you choose to against anyone you choose to. Or my favorite, switch partners after each skirmish.

On retail ppl used to meet for a weekly lv19 2v2 skirmish event, you can do it too

You can't make or force anyone to do anything so don't hope too much that this is going to happen.
Twinking was ruined by this insta 80 realm because all twinks went there, the only good thing this realm did.
Finally no more lame 10-19 where you just die instantly as a new player.

Hmmm Arenas with under devople classes, where some are too OP and others lack dps because they are not leveled to have certan talents that makes then counter others.. twinking is serious business.. Im up for some twink arenas but then dont come crying when I 1 vs 2 u :-p
