Anyone know if there is a specific reason for druids Healing Touch to be excluded from the healing reduction in Primal raids, or is it just an oversight?
And are there any other known exclusions?

Re: Healing Touch not affected by healing nerf
Gonna guess that healing touch is useless, and druids only heal via hots (as a general statement). Could also be to make use out of the feral talent: Preditorial Strikes -or something-, as the healing touch could hit for 1-5 or so k on a tank.
just speculation ^^

Druids were underwhelming healers at some point.

Okay, must have missed that change when it happened. It's just that druids typically don't use healing touch that much so it feels kinda out of place.
Re: Healing Touch not affected by healing nerf
It happened during late vanilla and nobody looked back at it afterwards when new spells were added and things changed for healers.
