I see you emphasizing Twitter. Do you believe that there are specific social medias that may help to bring in new people more than others? Twitter over Facebook? Instagram over Twitter? Of course some promotion is better than nothing but I'd like to know what players are checking for ideas and news to encourage the best outreach :)

Can you show us how much Primal WoW population has increased since allowing free tranfers?

And, why do I get the feeling it's peaking at US playing hours?

https://truewow.org/online-charts peaks are around 21-22. I think the transfer gave us most NA players, I recall there were less people online after midnight.

My brother, sister in law, and fiance all have retail accounts. We are in the same household. Are we limited on retail transfers for using the same IP? >:(

There doesn't seem to be a policy limiting by IP. I'd just make it clear to a staff member if the issue comes up, that you guys are in fact all different people. If you read people's experiences in dealing with staff on the forums, they almost always talk about how professional and smooth the process is, so I don't think you'll have any big issues.

Comrade Bork gave you some good details but I'll give you an official answer on this. We only restrict to 1 retail per human being. A main way we check this is through IPs, though, so to get you all started we're going to ask you to make an in-game ticket on a couple of level 1s whenever you can all be online at once. We'll send some GMs to give you tasks to show you aren't multiboxers and it should only take 5-10 minutes max. Once done, you can all submit the transfer requests and get them taken care of worry free!

Tbh I watch reddit threads carefully and apart from craptons of tauri and elysium posts primal is the only server getting rewievs regulary. Seems like community there got used to it each post generates some attention however I dont see increase in pop here :/ I dont say it has to cease but seems to be not effectiv

There is a ton of reviews/posts about Primal on /r/wowservers, yeah. And it doesn't seem to really bring tons of people in. We also try to post on Facebook. Where else can we advertise, really? What else can we do, really? Let's hope TBC launch brings in a few dozen of people.

Jira, I didn't mean that staff and community is not doing enough. Honestly I'm pretty sure, there is nothing more that could be done. Also I agree on that, all we can do right now is to wait and hope that TBC will bring some new players also old ones might be comming back (I spoke with few friends who quit recently and they will give tbc release a try for sure)

It might also help to actual use the @TrueWoW Twitter account (or even create one for @PrimalWoW).
