Running of the gnomes is an event that has been happening for 6 years. It'll be 7 this year at Saturday, October 15 at 7PM EST on Scarlet Crusade-US. They start from the gnome starting area by making a gnome with pink hair and a cheeky name or a name that has a special meaning to you, you get a pink tabard, special channel and guild just for the event and have to run all the way to Booty Bay. On retail WoW it helps benefit the Cleveland Clinic and the creators of the Touhy Vaccine that is currently in the early stages of human clinical trials (for breast cancer) through donations and charity etc.

Thank you and sounds like a really fun event. I'd like that for us to have as well if the low population doesn't turn out to be a hindrance.

Moved to General discussion as it fits more there as it's a hosted event not a General Support topic.

We had similar run events at Primal (hosted by .Venna) and they turned out to be fun. We could host something like this on our realms even if the date passed but sadly not many players from the TW realm seem open or interested in events...

TW players too cool for events. But if we do it it might be successful like that totem even Milan did.

Just set a date (try to avoid raids) and ask for people to join. Take a few screenshots and maybe a video? Hopefully people sees and wants to join in on further events.

The best event I've been to on the server has to be this one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O82eVWt_avs), where two players got married in-game (later in RL too, afaik).
