Wow, you're really helping in here by posting irrelevant and imaginary shit. Tell me, which idiot actually made you a GM?
I think He meant it as a jest, as per the avatar's expresive pose ;)

As for the OP, I recall you weren't slowed by me earlier today in Warsong Gulch? Are you certain this still is an issue?
Yes, its still weirdly bugged because it is working on some effects and ignoring the others. For example the chains of ice isn't slowing you down but the desecration is. It is partially working and not completely.

What kind of inside knowledge do you have that I don't have? There is an open bug with status confirmed.

The bug report is very unprecise. FAP works with most spells from what I can tell. If you want this fixed, I would suggest you try to debug what spells bypass the potion's effect, so the devs don't have to do that job as well.

It is very weirdly bugged. For example, the first chain of ice from DKs doesn't slow you but after a spam of other effects, it starts to you slow down as well. Its like there are certain number of "charges" which the potion has and will ignore that number of slowing effects but when that is over then everything will slow you down, no matter what duration of the potion is left.
