This "challenge" thing doesn't seem to motivate people

30% buff would please the major majority who don't give 2 shits if LK is killed on 20% or 30% (Majority of players present in mainstream guilds, too)

The buff was increased in retail to 30% towards the final months of WOTLK because blizzard wanted those who had not experienced the HC difficulties to the very last boss to have a shot at it before they went to cata, TW has no intention of moving to cata anytime soon(if at all), so stop bringing the "it's blizzlike" thing up, if we're not going to cata there really is no point on mentioning how blizzard eventually increased the buff, everyone complained that things were too easy so they were bored, now they complain that it's too difficult and want it to be easier, seriously people...

I don't get it though, if it's about easy gear -- why is nobody suggesting a vote shop for actual items (LK weapons), instead of crying about ICC. It would give us the easy gear we want, and actually benefit the server in many ways (extra voting, extra funds, etc, and likely extra population).

Also, there are still many class bugs that benefit our DPS and healing significantly, which make up for the 10% buff we're missing. (e.g. 2016, chimera shot still bugged)

The 30% buff was only added so everyone could experience end-game before the switch to cata happened. This server is not going cata so 30% buff is not blizzlike. So stop trying to act like it is.
Both side has issues with lack of players at this time due to people not logging/quiting or going elsewhere for raids. Its getting rather sad seeing less and less people logging each week for one reason or another.
Adding a buff to ICC is not going to fix the situation, revert the changes to LK or fix the bugs so it can be done again.

I think we had enough feedback already and from this point this topic is starting to turn into flame wars betwen guilds so this topic should be locked untill further decision is given by staff.
This is Blizzlike server afterall so if you are gona add 30% buff to Icc you might also consider adding LK weapons on marowgar aswell cause I feel suggestion like that is gona be given soon.

ICC25HC pre-lk25hc was cleared with no buff @ average of 270ilvl,

They had waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay less time to work on Icecrown Citadel raid, and also waaaaaay less time to deal with their respective classes

So, in this case, 0% would actually be blizzlike

You could've disabled the buff OR write a forum post about this

But I didn't notice any buff removals OR suggestion on this matter

Because you got so comfortable farming bosses so far in this 20% buff custom feature you all despise saying it's not blizzlike

There was already discussion about lowering buff before. It was decided that lowering buff now would be unfair to new people as they would have to work harder for gear than current veterans. As compromise there was added option to remove ICC buff for those who wish to have more challenge (mostly used by trolls/saboteurs sadly).

As stated before, give developers some time and wait for fixes, I am sure LK heroic will be doable soon without any buff increase needed.
