Go to imgur.com, and upload your image by clicking the upload button at the top. Then, once you've uploaded your image, on the right there's a bunch of links depending on how you want to show it to people. What you want is the BBC code option. Copy and paste that into your forum post and you should be good to go

Alternatively, if you don't want to use imgur, just type (img) yourlinkgoeshere (/link) except instead of parenthesis, use square brackets.
