Twinking, BG XP

Hey, so, a friend of mine is wanting to setup a 39 twink. I know there's not a lot of support in the community for this since the population is low, but hey, pipe dreams for the future. In the meantime, is there a way to turn off XP in battlegrounds? Or, alternatively, is there a way to turn off XP entirely?

There is exp off, the guy is located near the SW king I think? In a side room. Me and my friends will be making 19 twinks to start with then making 29-39 slowly as more of the pop hits 60 and has free time to make twinks

Sweet, thanks! Is there a separate battleground instance for twinks or do the other low level players also get in? Also, from your experience, how is the 10-19 bracket right now?

Seperate, and there's a couple 19 twinks already not sure exactly now many but think people will make them soon to have some fun and pvp when 60's don't pop

It's actually NOT separate. I played verse 2 horde capped 19s and I even had one 19 capped alliance hunter on my team . I am not capped and neither were my other low level teammates.
