Hey any news or info about RAF? Have a couple mates willing to start but waiting for RAF to release, this happening anytime soon or further in the future ?

You already level three times faster than in vanilla; since the server is progressive and capped at vanilla content you are basically leveling at RaF rates.

Seems like it would motivate a lot more players to level up, so hope it comes soon, although there are many things that needs to be fixed so I am sure the devs are busy already.

Possibly in the future as it's blizzlike and good for the population. However it would come with some strict conditions to prevent abuse, like the recruiter would need to be playing at the server for at least a month already. So only a small part of the players will be lucky enough to have such a friend.

saying that it wasnt out in vanilla isnt a valid excuse. wotlk client, wotlk quality of life changes please.

I feel like a RAF system would be only pertinent under maybe TBC or wait off until legitimate Wrath, in my honest opinion, as it was during retail. "Vanilla" wow with 3.3.5 leveling is like easymode already, RAF right now would be even more of a joke than it was even during Wrath. (Although I do see the upside with trying to get people to join the server.) However if endgame right now is 60, and if it will be this way for a while, a RAF system would pretty much be a free 60, and I've seen a few other heated discussions about that topic already...

I remember those days...1-60 in like a 2 days, then your partner could ding you all the way up to 60 if you had two toons. lol. idk if it would be the same system...but yea, damn.

Not a bad idea. The leveling here is incredibly easy. I think it would be a fine idea to hold off until tbc or wrath in order to implement this feature. Don't want people to hit 60 and have no idea what half their spells do.

I will personally be waiting to create a character on this server until RAF releases, if it ever does. Just because 1-60 is faster in the WOTLK patch doesn't mean it's fun, most of us have done it enough times. 60 is where the fun begins. Put limitations on it if you must. For example, you can only RAF one character per account to 60, and you can't gift levels to alt characters. Make it a timed promotion to get new players.

I'm also still waiting for it, I tried leveling but it's just unbearable. RAF would bring in 2 people at once to level together, I don't see why it isn't added. You already changed enough for this game to no longer be considered "blizzlike", so I don't understand that argument.

Force /pvp on RAF groups.

That would be a cool tradeoff!

I propose we cutoff RaF at 40 or 50, since in TBC it cut off 10 levels below cap and in wotlk, 20
