I call this bullshit, waste of time reporting bugs > which are not gonna get fixed anyway and ye i'll keep my self away from forums cause this is such an waste of time

What tells you FB is bugged not Resilience?
In PvE you use FB in an average of 1/min if the Druid is pro and comfortable with his priority, and it crits around 30-45k with me (13.7k raid buffed and ArP capped)

And it pvp i use it almost only when i am sure i can finish an enemy with it.
