Post the patch notes if you have them, but quest templates are completely blizzlike (taken from source).

They're dailies at default TrinityCore. Them being weeklies is our custom modification to prevent people from striving away too much from PvP by doing the previously free-for-all quests.

To be honest I think the quests are weekly and here is my proof:

1st:
The patch notes in Wowwiki ( which is a community site, not made by blizzard) state that in 3.2.2 the Quests are now daily again, however the official patch 3.2.2 notes from Blizzard doesn't include this.

If you go back in patches a bit more you can see that in 3.1.2 the quests were changed to weekly, this shows that they include fixes like this in their patches.

With these facts I'm pretty certain wowwiki is wrong and that the quests are Weekly.
