Well i decided to find some small and large obsidian shards and go to ruins of Ahn' Qiraj for it. I read about this nodes show up when some specific mob die but did't saw at least one node after kill. Its my first time in a raid so may be there is a rule or something for why its happen this. If someone can explain me will have my thanks.
