its allowed to sell in-game BoE items for League of Legends skin , mysteries gifts ?

It'd sort of equal trading in-game items for real life property so from my point of view not a good road to follow.

real life property its game item (skin) yea you can buy with pay and get RP but also you can make free chars 10 lvl and send skins for free also

Real life item = out of TW world item.
Why join the winning side if you can change the winner?
