Loremaster ?

#1 » Post by bloodlover » 26 Jul 2014 01:51

Greeting everyone. I am addressing here every player but especially the ones that have Loremaster title. I want to go for it on my level 80 toon but I am in need of some tips.

Are there any guides/addons that help out with this and make sure I don't miss any quests. I don't know every single quest by heart so it's very easy to skip them. Also, would it be advisable to go for it when leveling a fresh toon (full looms)? I don't mind the questing in other areas since I enjoy the lore a lot.

Ty for your time and hope to hear from you all.

edit: I assume it's doable on both ally and horde.

doable on both sides
I suggest you take carbonite, as it's a great addon for questing and loremastering, and also keep wowwiki open for indications on quests and locations of certain things that carbonite may be innacurate about

Carbonite and EveryQuest are useful and both can be downloaded at our downloads section (http://www.truewow.org/download). EveryQuest has a plugin/extension that shows you quest givers positions on map too but it can look spammy if I remember correctly.

Yes Everyquest is spamy, but without that addon l would not be able to clear whole Outland of quests and do hard on Kalimdor and E Kingdoms.

That addon should be your best friend.

As for when to do Loremaster, l recommend on lvl 80. Doing Loremaster is like reading a book. If you do quests on low lvl when you are weak, you will act like you reading one page half hour. On lvl 80 you just walk in Scholomance, do mass pull, blow things up and till you reach end of your quest note, quest is allready done.

Marko, reason why you dont use addons is because each time you tried to install one, you had to reinstall windows. ^_^

Or you could try not doing it, and join a BG or go play outside.

Greetings, Bloodlover

It's very doable on both sides, I myself got it a few weeks ago on my main toon, Orc DK and I still have Dustwallow marsh and Swamp of sorrows untouched ^_^ but I'll do dustwallow marsh one of these days for steamwheedle cartel rep before I start grinding dire maul... Insane in the membrane is a pain in the ass. Anyway if you're horde and you need help with Loremaster, hit me up in-game, I know 99% of quests by heart. My main is Hammerfail.
