Hi there GMs,
If i may, would it be convenient and clearer if some moderators were to come up with a list of the Actions that may result in account banning? At the present moment it is still very vague as to what actions will cause an account ot be banned. Please review topic with utmost consideration. THank you very much.

Well, to sum it up quite nicely, general rule breaking leads to account suspension, whilst the duration of it will depend on the severity of the violation.
By rule breaking, we could mention bug abusing after being warned, disrespect to staff members, use of illegal third party tools that may in any way affect the game play such as hacks and bots. Our anti-cheat system takes care of these mostly.
Other than that... it's vague. There are many case-to-case situations, where Staff may or may not take action depending on the severity, such as zone disruption and so on.
We have other ways of punishing players too, such as muting and removing whatever they had obtained by abusing, along with other tools that could have been used. As said previously, every situation requires the appropriate approach - and account suspension is the last of them.
If you're in doubt about what you're doing, if it's right or wrong, you're free to ask your question away using our ticket system, that should also be used immediately in case you found something that can be abused.
