[Pending] Allow Game Account Rearrangement in Account Manager

#1 » Post by Rehan » 06 Mar 2014 09:53

I think we should have a way to change the order in which the accounts are listed without having to unlink and link them again.
I think it would be a handy tool to have and I don't think it would take too much time to make.

An example why this can be annoying (in my case)
When I vote I select my third linked account which is the account I play on most of the time and sometimes after I finish voting on one site, it redirects me to the votepage with the first linked account selected. Sometimes I don't notice this and I end up using my votes on my IP on the wrong account.
I have since unlinked and re-linked my accounts in the correct order but I think this tool could prove useful if you have many accounts.
If you want all your accounts in a specific order you will have to unlink and link everything again so the whole thing doesn't turn into a mess.

When someone makes a post on a thread it gets moved to the top of the thread list, moving the previous top threads lower in the list.
Bumping is just a way of getting a thread back to the top. Bumping is commonly used in threads that get overlooked, such as this one, in order to attract the attention that it didn't get in the first try.

No need to bump stuff as your topic won't risk getting buried or lost. A reply will be given when we have time and decision at hand.

Currently emsy is busy irl and that is the reason for you to wait so long, as he is the only one who can answer this.

I'll put it on my to-do list, but consider my to-do list is a bit filled atm, so don't expect this to be realized soon.
