Vote site challenge!

There might be a bug in the vote counting... we see 262 as the top count today but we are only on day 13. Is the maximum possible still limited to 20 votes per account per day?

Yes. 262 was the highest vote count on day 13.

This is day 14 and several people are already on the theoretical maximum of 280. I have voted 20 times today and I can't vote any more ( on any IP address as far as I can see).

I don't understand how pinkpoison managed to reach 262 yesterday. I think its a bug in the counting unless maybe it will balance itself out today ?

I believe the vote_month wasnt reset this month which is weird... should have done it by itself Inter can you look into it? Since you have access to the database to see if its wiped or what.

Yes, it's a bug, however don't fret. Those points will be disregarded.

yes, it is a bug only (coz m not a Hacker! ). GM's will remove those two vote points so now I can vote fully with 302 vote points and be at the top

You hacker you I'll mess around with the admin panel and see if I can solve the issue for you.

Already had a chat to Roel about this. All those with max points at the end of the month will receive something. But from what I saw before it looked normal.

Speaking just for myself, I'm not looking for the reward items. I'm voting because of the friendly competition with 100% "commitment" to the server. I'm part of the "team" that's voting to see who can vote the most and the longest. If we score more than 20 a day, we'll do it. I don't think PinkPoison is a hacker. If we can score more than 20 votes a day then we should, to promote our advertising.

I haven't bought much from the shop but I think its good that people can buy stuff if they want to. I'm not worried about the prize for first ( although its definitely a good thing to win a prize). What we really want is more people on the server. I don't play much as I'd like to, but when I do, its here. I think this is a great server. More people online would make it even better.

I take it you reset your router to get a different IP or something and then vote again so you get the max in one session true?

I dont need to reset coz I use plug to surf. So i get random ip whenever I connect it.
