NPC named Zeti in Azshara

There is npc named Zeti (level 70 female troll, neutral, but flagged pvp) in Azshara next to Ravencrest monument (far south east of Azshara). I couldn't find any info about it online and it would be kinda strange to find troll there next to nagas. So, I was wondering. is that a custom npc on this server, maybe tribute to someone? Would like to know what is story behind it, if someone knows.

It seems to be part of a custom triathlon event from 2018. If there is still a way to trigger it then it's likely from a different NPC, there are a few other NPCs related to this but I don't know more about it.

The only "interaction" with NPC is to attack it, it can be killed. No dialogue or anything else.

As an Alliance player, I could not attack it. It had a cog option on it when I hovered over it.

Yes, as Alliance player, that NPC is friendly. On the other hand, as Horde, NPC is neutral and possible to attack and kill.
