Nostalgia slightly crept up to me, a message to a few people I used to know.

I was originally playing on Xaos-Wow when I was a complete noob, a young kid. My char name was initially Vankata.

I just want to say thank you to the wonderful people that I met here, I really do wish one day somebody from the names mentioned gets to read this and just know that you meant a lot to me. I viewed each and every one of you as a child would an adult and looked up to you all, the kindness that you showed and the way you carried yourself has left a deep impression on me to this day.

Kfl - Human male paladin, the guild leader. Thank you for being such a role-model for everyone in the guild, to me you represented great leadership.

Estemy. Female night elf druid, healer. The most compassionate person I spoke to in this game. You gave me an account to play on with an epic mount, a full tier 1 and full tier 2 warlock sets. The warlock's name was of course "Nemesis". I had a 53 or 54 paladin at the time (I hated the grind), to this day I cannot understand why you did that, but I kept playing warlock from then on. Left me with the biggest imprint out of anyone who played on Xaos-Wow or other servers that I've played on since then. To this day, I have only leveled a character to 60 twice.

Cicciolino. Human female warrior. The only person I argued with, taught me how to cheat using WPE, those were some truly fun times. Neutral feelings, perhaps this is what respect from an early age feels like.

Telemah. Human male warlock. Once I had a fully decked out 60 warlock, this is the guy who I requested to duel, out of curiosity. He was the guild's senior warlock. Completely crushed me, I remember that defeat to this day.

Quartz. Dwarf warrior, fully decked out in Tier 1, we didn't talk much but I remember him as equal to Kfl in terms of the way he carried himself.

It’s crazy how people we meet in games leave such a lasting mark. Sounds like you had an awesome crew back on Xaos-Wow. Hope some of them see this one day and realize how much they meant to you.
