Kickin Chimera Chops

I am trying to find the trigger to start the Kickin Chimera Chops quest chain and I am not getting the starting quest is there something else I need to do before Narain Soothfancy starts the chain?

I think I may have found it going to see if the chain quest I found leads to it. I think it is part of the scepter of the shifting sands quest chain. If someone could confirm for me I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm not sure if you are referring to quest Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops, because NPC named Narain Soothfancy does not start that quest. Npc called Dirge Quikcleave starts Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops quest. If you are referring to quest for Cooking recipe.

I went back and did a lot of research. You have to do His chain in order to unlock the recipe quest. At least that is what I found on other WoW websites. I have talked to Dirg and the only quest I got from him was the clammette quest. From what I looked through you have to start a quest chain in BWL that leads to the gnome which during that chain leads to Dirg. I am not sure if that is the same for truewow however it is the only thing I have found for why he won't give me the quest.

to start quest Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops you need to start with quest Never Ask Me About My Business which starts at Narain Soothfancy
Coordinates for Narain Soothfancy. In Tanaris, a little north of Steamwheedle Port at (65,18)
After completing that quest, Dirge will give you quest The Isle of Dread! After that quest, next in line is Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops
