Hello friends, I recently downloaded WoW on my Windows 10 computer. But I am having a problem friends. After installing this game, my computer starts crashing. I do not understand what could be the issue? Has anyone encountered such kind of problem before? Please help me to solve the issue.

A few tips:

- Have you tried pluging it off and on? (sorry couldn't avoid the IT joke).

- Check if your windows has the latest updates;

- Check if your graphics card drivers are installed and updated;

- Check if you meet the minimum requirements;

- If the game client has a legit source (did you downloaded the version in the downloads section?) follow this tutorial:https://truewow.org/forum/viewtopic.php ... 21#p359321

(i'll add more if i recall something)

if you have an nvidia graphics card try downloading Nvidia geforce experience, open it, and let it apply their recommended settings to the game (might work if you can't open the game to change the settings yourself), or you can edit the settings file mannually (search how on google).

Disabling your anti virus might help too (sometimes they create unnecessary conflicts and might even delete important instalation files).

If none of that helped, please tell us more:

- Can you play other games on your pc? if yes, wich ones;

- Where did you put the folder?

- How many ram, wich cpu, wich graphics card;

do you have other stuff working in the background? have you tried to close the most open processes and background minimized apps?

Hope i could help.
